A True Story • A Minnesota Hero • An Inspiring Movie
NOW CASTING — ACTORS FOR A FEATURE FILM
We are casting for a powerful, true story based on the life of Captain Thayer, MD, a Minnesota veteran who became a doctor during the Great Depression, serving his small farm community with compassion before serving on Tinian Island during WWII.
After the Japanese surrendered, Captain Thayer, MD was sent to Fukuoka, Japan, where his medical unit worked to provide care.
Healing was more than just physical after the war.

No professional experience is required — just a willingness to help bring this important story to life!
